A Story of Heritage & Vision
Domaine Evremond was founded through the shared dream of Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and Patrick McGrath MW. Named in honour of Charles de Saint-Évremond, the first true ambassador of Champagne in England, the estate blends French legacy with English innovation. The 125-hectare estate, with 60 under vine, produces world-class English sparkling wines shaped by tradition, terroir and craftsmanship.
An Estate Designed for Excellence
Every detail at Domaine Evremond has been crafted to balance heritage with innovation. The winery is two-thirds underground, inspired by Champagne’s chalk cellars. This creates ideal conditions for sparkling wine production while minimising environmental impact. With capacity for 1.5 million bottles, the estate manages every stage of winemaking, bottling and storage on site.
For guests, the experience extends far beyond the vineyards. The estate’s tasting room accommodates up to 40 people for private tastings or intimate dining. Experts guide each experience, bringing both the wines and their history to life. Additionally, outdoor options or larger spaces within the winery ensure there is a setting to suit every corporate event.
